Good except for the door card experience which is already obsolete as magnetic card is cheap.

The value for money.

On check-out they hold us some minutes for missing the old door card which I later found in my bag.

stayed in in one bedroom apartment, wifi is good value for money, room is spacious and clean

on and off noise coming from bedroom aircon, tv doesnt have any channel, exhaust fan in the bathroom is noisy, limited option for asian breakfast.

Rooms were big; bathroom was neat, clean and spacious; kitchen has stove, oven and small fridge; check-in and check-out was smooth; breakfast was good; i paid SR 130 (+ SR 10 taxes) per night - good value for money; i recommend this place

not pleasant, rude staff.

The room had two bathrooms which I found good because we were two families, the beds were a good size and comfortable, the fridge was big

The behavior of the staff was just rude, at breakfast time there was a small buffet, and they also had an egg station where they make you the kind of egg you want ( the whole reason I booked this hotel over others) when I asked the guy to make me the egg he told me I already had a boiled egg and there were only two eggs per person, umm excuse me, this is an all you can eat buffet, you can't tell me that, he was I think the chef manager there or something. He just didn't want to do it. They were understaffed, only that guy and a helper were managing everything. The people on the front reception did not know English or they pretended not to know it so they don't hear our complain. The kitchenette was old, the microwave was broken. Anyways I will not recommend this hotel. I dont care how the rooms are, but if the behavior of the staff is nice you can manage that, but if the staff is rude, I'm sorry, I would never come back and recommend others to go there.

Do not stay at this hotel.

Bed was comfortable.

Unedible breakfast. Leaky bathroom plumbing. Dangerous elevator that malfunctioned twice. Our room was not available as booked so they sent us to a neighboring building with two separate rooms with joining doorway. Room was cold with no heating. No hot water for shower. Do not stay at this hotel.

Thier hospitable approach to Thier guests and how they interact with the guest, Thier is one host mr. Adbulrahman his very friendly and hospitable man, with the smile in his face , over all the hotel was nice to stay but some of the facilities are more like old but it can be used

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, room was spacious.

There were a quite a few roaches in the bathroom. Also, the shower water was really cold. I was only told that there was a special switch to turn on the water heater when I was leaving the hotel.

Close to the business location I came for.

Close to the business location I came for. Pillows were soft and comfy.

Furnitures of the apartment weren’t as clean as it shows on the photos. I could see stains all over chairs & pillows. Not to mention the air conditioners, they looked old and they were so noisy, and you don’t get their remote controllers.

We've loved Al Farhan Suites facility, aesthetics, food, and services! Five Thumbs Up!

The price is so affordable and cheap, considering it has buffet breakfast, having complete facilities such as room (huge soft bed, comforter, soft pillows, lamps, and slippers), kitchen (oven, stove, refrigerator, utensils, kettle, etc) toilet (towels, nice toothbrush and tootpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and soap), and sala (with huge TV, soft sofa, center table). The ACs are good and the floor is carpeted. There is spacious parking in front and the basement, and the staff (front desk, bell boy, catering) are polite and attentive to the guests. It's way better than similar hotels that we stayed in Riyadh, Dammam, and Ras Tanura. Sure we wil stay again in Al Farhan Suites on our next trip to Riyadh, and recommends this hotel to any traveller, whether they are individual or in group.

Nothing, we were simply amazed how excellent the hotel was.

Bad experience

There are 2 buildings, the first building is where you do all the check in and check out procedure, at least the lobby there is ok, can't speak about the rooms. After I did the check-in and paid the total price+the security deposit, they gave me a metal key and told me to go to the next building. The other building was a disaster. It looks like they spent bare-minimum effort to make it look at least decent. The room where full of burned coaches and smelly sinks. In general, it was just soo bad.
